Position Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecalling Executives to join our team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services, and generating leads. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce ACVL’s moving services.
  • Explain our tailored relocation services, addressing any queries or concerns the customers mayhave.
  • Identify potential leads and convert them into customers by providing detailed informationabout our services.
  • Schedule follow-up calls to ensure customer engagement and interest.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service andsupport.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments for service improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in theCRM system.
  • Ensure data privacy and security are upheld at all times.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, lead generation, andcustomer feedback to the reporting manager.


  • A degree in any field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service roles.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Persuasive and able to handle objections effectively.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
